It emphasizes the principle of federalism, ensuring a balance of power between state and federal authorities. (Stay with me Jeffy- I know it’s a lot to take-in for the blue-haired and brain-fogged.) The Constitution doesn’t enforce itself Jeff... otherwise we would have disbanded the FIFTEEN federal executive departments of United States Inc. long ago; including the Department of Agriculture, Department of Commerce, Department of Defense, Department of Education, Department of Health and Human Services... and don’t forget the DEA, ATF, ICE, CIA, FBI, Homeland Security and the Department of Justice. None of them are authorized under the Constitution... nor should Standing Armies be allowed. Every cozy-pair-of-slippers eventually needs to be thrown-out - once you discover the slippers are what’s making your feet stink... Chicka-boom chicka-boom don’t ya just love it Jeff?!

Simply put, it means that no one should be above the law, and everyone should be subjected to its power. Richard Henry Lee nailed it when he said, “Politics is the science of fraud, and politicians are the professors of that science.” James Madison explained the President’s job description- when the President thinks another nation is a dangerous threat, “The right of convening and informing congress is all the right that which the Constitution has deemed requisite or proper.” In other words, Trumps only duty is to explain the situation, wait for instructions and then do nothing more. It’s hard to be more anti-American and more anti-Constitution than for a single person to make the call to plunge an entire nation into another unnecessary war... and then steal the wealth of Americans by the $Trillions to pay for it. Sometimes people don’t see the wrong in their actions because they hang with a crowd that normalizes it... but eventually they all do hang. Chicka-boom chicka-boom don’t ya just love it Jeff?!
